Episode 4: Content design and communications - be open.
In this episode, David and Warren talk with Amy McNichol, Agile Communication Consultant, Gemma Al-Kaisy, Product Manager, and Roz Strachan, Content Designer. Collectively this trio did some serious heavy lifting at the Digital Marketplace to apply content design principles to procurement documentation, reduced lots of unnecessary parts of the standard government tender pack and opened up communications to another level. They also helped procurement people learn new skills.
